Your grass looks amazing to me. My father was "turf obsessed" so we always had absolutely amazing yards and that appreciation transferred to me. I think that this idea of having a fantastic yard might be an almost purely north american thing though because I haven't noticed much sense of pride in grass any of the places that I have lived other than obvious places like golf courses. Not sure about Europe. I think part of the reason is because while it is quite common in USA to own a rather large plot of land, it rarely happens over here. Even the ultra wealthy here generally don't have large gardens/yards. They have a majestically huge house that has 1 or 2 meters from a wall the separates them from the next door neighbor's plot of land.
In fact, I have never seen a private residence in Da Nang with a large private yard at all
Point is, I think you are doing a great job with your yard dude. Well done.
