yeah i'm going to politely yet sternly tell them about the water issue. I'm sure she's fine, she's not going to dehydrate in a couple of hours, but I think it's kind of cruel to not have water available. Maybe she is too nervous to drink it and they actually do have it on hand. I've never actually seen the grooming area, it's in the back of the shop and customers don't go back there.
