I guess schnitzel and "chicken fried chicken" are very similar. It is just pounded down chicken that is breaded and fried. The sauce is the make or break with this sort of thing and one of the best is mushroom cream sauce.

there is this one funny shop that sells schnitzel that initially had a translation error and ended up with MUSTARD cream sauce and the people actually liked it so they just kept it that way. I find it disgusting but at least it is something different.

I agree about the bones. Nadi will attempt to break smaller chicken bones and even pork rib bones so I don't allow her either. She doesn't have anywhere near the jaw strength to break up a lamb bone, so this one is fine. Years ago I managed to get a hold of a leg of lamb bone for her and it was bigger than she is.
