While I am really happy about my decision to live in tropical countries in the past nearly 20 years I do miss being able to go on hikes like this. You technically can do them here because they do exist but the last time I went on a hike like this I looked like I had jumped in water along the way with all the sweat and a towel I brought with me was completely saturated as well. You just spend all the time really uncomfortable and that kind of ruins the experience. I'm jealous!
