The rainy time of year is a favorite time of year for a lot of us that live here. It's cooler, the rampart motorbike travel kind of dies down and well, it's not nice to say, but most of the tourists don't come here. It's also substantially cooler. Rain can suck for someone on vacation but as long as I remember to put plenty of food in the fridge, I really love it. I have some all weather flip flops and a big umbrella it is nice to be able to walk around without constantly having to dodge all the people and cars because everyone seems to stay put when it rains.

It's not so great for dog walking though.
