what a great place! I wish we had dog parks here. My dog has no idea what she is missing out on.... maybe that is a good thing.

I took her for a walk today and some of the neighbors who don't look after their dogs properly simply opened the gates to let the dogs wander uninhibited. I hate the crap because dogs being what they are they immediately ran up on my dog (who was on a leash)... my dog is a tiny little Shih-Tzu and the approaching dogs, despite being friendly, were gigantic Golden Retrievers and two other kinds of dogs. I had to pick her up and carry her home. No chance of a walk because she is (rightfully so) freaked the eff out by a dog whose jaw is as big as half her body.
