I think that they let people get away with it in tourist areas. The law technically is that you are not supposed to smoke weed in public at all, but people clearly do so. Tourists are allowed to get away

i don't like smoking anything and would prefer the edible aspect as well. I think that smoking is good for some people because they can microdose a bit and then have a few more puffs later to maintain
