it's a new vet at the same office. While veterianary care is really cheap in Vietnam some of the docs are really bad. I've been very fortunate to find a good one. I believe she is from Germany.

she has had her portion sizes cut down even after coming back from the vet but I don't think she really notices the differnce. Like a lot of dogs she kind of goes into a food trance when she is eating

the dried pig ears are something I have gotten for Nadi in the past. I'll have to look up how good or bad that is for them because when I see the word "pig" I am always a bit hesitant to ever

I never really thought to even check about the nutritional information for a bag of dog treats but of course it makes sense that the cheap ones would be just like the cheap snacks for humans - they have

of course they are intentionally targeting tourists. I think they always have. It's a nasty trick and doesn't do much for the impression of the country.

I let my enthusiasm for finally doing something a bit out of the ordinary with my friends get the best of me.... I think I will end up being super cautious with my phone for the next few months or so.

yeah, several people I know do some sort of autobackup but they have to pay for it... something crazy like $5 a month. I'm not gonna do that.

well drying out a blown circuit is not going to un-blow the circuit. I think perhaps today's phone are designed to have some sort of "breakers" on them that protect the truly important bits that

Downtown in any of these huge South East Asian cities can be fun for a bit but gets tiresome having everything be so busy all the time. I lived in Chiang Mai for a bit and agree that living downtown there

if you lived at Torch Lake you would get those requests! But then again, most people don't even know that place exists and that's probably a good thing. I agree with you about your views. they are spectacular

There's a lot of people that have the wrong idea about what living in a certain place is like. Saying one lives in London could mean so many different things. I have a family member that lives in NYC and

If it was that kind of friends they would be staying in my house. these are more of the kind of people that I would see from time to time around 10 years ago. I think I might be over-reacting a bit, but

i believe expecting to spend a couple of days with a person that lives there is just fine... but not turning up and doing what these guys do and just HMU with requests to hang out every single day. I'd

This is a modern game? It looks like some old school Super Nintendo sort of thing.

There is a guy I know here in town that was really preaching the fasting lifestyle and he stuck with it for a few months and genuinely lost weight. But much like you say, that was never going to be something

I was looking at flights to USA to visit the parents and for 2.5 months the prices are high and then they go back down. I think your assessment is correct. it's for the love of the sport :)

I lived in Chiang Mai and remember the police shakedown checkpoints very well. I was privy to seeing them being not at all secretive about the fact that they were pulling over all tourists and then fleecing

I pulled this up the other day and only made it about 20 minutes into it. It's just not my kind of film.

This might be the only time I have ever taken an interest in the Finnish Air Force. Well done pilots! I salute you
