On April 30, when I drove up to their house, I saw snow in the fields. But it was already summer weather on May 2, and in general, I was pleased with all 6 days when I was visiting. Every day I saw sunsets right at my daughter's house. Why haven't I seen them in years past?

They removed most of them, and even I helped dispose of 2 trees. But they still left a dozen birches and a few willows and alders growing. This creates its own positive aura, but creates some inconveniences in the form of foliage and old branches. The kids really don't like it, but it makes me laugh a lot. This year, rooks flew to their site and collected branches to use them in building their nests.

The birds in the area were delighted with this feeder.
