Every night I try do two 5 hour missions while sleeping with the hopes of bottling up almost 10K drunk fans and then I do a bunch of long missions in the morning to bottle up as many drunks as possible and then I open them all up when I am ready to do all the small missions.

Although, I am not sure the exact amount, but for now, it looks like I need to have a buffer of maybe 50k more skill than fans. For instance, yesterday with all the drunks, I had 96k fans and 137k skill and an ego of 2.
