Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza said the US was “not behind” in his country rather it was “ahead” of it. He said it was “giving orderorders, not only to the Venezuelan opposition, but also to the satellite governments of the United States in the region, and it seems in Europe and around the world.”
