The omnipresence of sugar everywhere in the food in the world reflect the fact that capitalism is just about selling the more possible and making the most profit possible without giving a shit about killing millions of people every year

This is just fucking true and it's the ugly side of capitalism for sure. And the worst part is, it's completely acceptable and there's not much we can do about it on a wide scale. We can only take care of ourselves.
