Dear Hivers,
Within the large hive community we have sub communities either by country or some type of special interest.
One of the oldest is the silvergoldstacker community with (ballotaged) members and their own discord channel including moderators etc etc
This event described below is an exemple of what you can do in such a community apart from post and chatting in discord.
Each year the super hiver
- Members that wanna take part say so in hive or discord
- The rule is that at least a silver one ounce coin is send to another participant
- The receiver should get it from Santa, so no namesof sender is mentioned
- the moderator provides shipping addresses via Direct Messaging in Discord to participants and he determines "who draws who"
And check out what I got last year!
A chunky 2 ounce (62 gramms) Bigfoot
As the coin was sent from a country near the North Pole I assume this coin really came from Santa although we have a member living in the North of Europe too.
A Santa rewarded me with more weight than normal I still look for an opportunity to make it up with this Santa. Maybe this year .... (hint for Welshie)
regards
Goldrooster
