A massive fire in a French datacenter two nights ago caused many servers to burn while the others were turned off from electricity during the fire fight.
I did read messages from the owners of some hive and steem tools like the tool to swap hive to hdb and/or steem to hive. This tool is out for now and when you use it in the wallet you have the first part is executed via hive but the market transfer is not. Yesterday refunding was done but it is a lot of work for that guy.
