I post this silver round based on today's news that the U.S. House of Representatives passed the MORE Act today.
MORE Act: The Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement Act of 2019
This bill decriminalizes marijuana.
Although, this bill passed in the U.S. House of Representatives, it is unlikely to pass the current U.S. Senate.
U.S. States
Some states have already legalized marijuana, either recreationally or medicinally.
Most states have not legalized marijuana. This bill will not change state laws.
