Gasoline Prices were .21 per gallon in 1945, so that is more than 2 gallons of gas for a .50 half dollar.
Today, silver is about $27 ounce (spot price). Gasoline is more than $3 per gallon (about $3.09.9)
A bit of math means that this Half Dollar is worth about $9.45, and buys more than 3 gallons of gasoline.
Which is why I still STACK SILVER!!! REAL !!! MONEY !!!
We are on the same team. Keep Stackin'
