My purpose is fair treatment. Put on the blinders. Don't look at gender. Just let each individual compete. Let the best person (that is, the best qualified person) prevail. It's not men against women or women against anyone. It's just individuals. Let the individual compete in the educational market, the athletic market, the professional market. Let talent come to the top and forget about the gender, ethnic, racial, religious traits of the individual. That's a meritocracy. That's what I favor: a true meritocracy.

I believe that the structures of all civilized societies were built with men at the center! The reason is that men are physically stronger than women.
So, Women find it difficult to perform strenuous labor for long periods, unlike men.

I wonder in which fields men and women can compete on equal terms!
