Spectacular customer service. Matt is a superstar; he's always helpful along with the rest of the hardworking CS team. One time my order was delayed and they contacted ME explaining what happened (I had no idea it was delayed lol)! And the live chat feature is amazing- I've always had someone respond to me within seconds. Outstanding company and impeccable customer service :)
