We grow up saying things like “I will never be like my parents” especially when we notice habits or behaviours we don't like. Yet sometimes, as we get older, we catch ourselves reacting to situations, speaking to people, or handling things in ways that are surprisingly similar to them

How much of our parents' behaviour do you unconsciously inherit simply because you grew up watching it? And when u eventually notice yourself repeating those patterns, is it something deeply programmed into you or can you consciously unlearn it and choose to respond differently?
