I need to get the garlic out of the woodshed and harvest the storage onions as the greens have started to fall. The garlic will be a Thursday afternoon project in the office where there's AC.

Those fritters look good! I have carrots to use up and lots of zucchini, so maybe we can also make those on Thursday.
