Ohhhh, lots of chicks photos! Living vicariously… My experience with beans is they need to be relatively fresh (my brother once tried to use 10 year old beans) and you need to soak them the night before and change the water before boiling them. Change the water again before starting to cook them in the meal. But I don’t have an InstantPot….
