If you have access to raw milk, using a 10:1 water:raw milk solution and spraying it on top and underside of leaves either before mildew appears, or as soon as you spot it, will slow or stop it. I spray once a week in the morning and it works very well on all types of plants that are susceptible to the mildew. Been using it for a few years now.
