I've not heard of the Burning Bowl, but have heard of similar ways of dealing with the things you listed.

Oddly enough, as I read about your ceremony, I had goosebumps. I long ago learned to listen to my body when things like this happen as they are important. As I type they are getting stronger. This must be something I should look into!
