It's a mix that was given at a Soil Seminar a few years back. Here's my notes:
Foliars and Drenches and Micro Notes
Soak flats in drench before transplanting and then use the water in the row. Drench should include; calcium, phosphorus, inoculants, molasses, enzymes, liquid seaweed
When transplanting, soak the holes with the drench
Make up in 55 gallon barrel
Calcium and phosphorus for root growth is CRUCIAL. In cold soil it’s not available so use the drench
Transplant Drench:
Foundation 6 oz (calcium, phosphorus, traces)
Liquid kelp 2 tbsp.
SeaCrop 3 oz.
Microbials ½ tsp. of Complete
Liquid fish 6 oz Organic Gem
Pepzyme ½ tsp.
Molasses 2 tbsp.
Equiseteum Extraction
(silica) 3 – 6 oz*
Compost tea 16 – 32 oz
15 – 30 gallons of water
Don’t premix as is only good for 4 hrs before biologicals die
Use the drench recipe without inoculants, fish/nitrogen. Instead seedlings need leaf inoculants. He uses Tainio Micro 5000 2 – 3X when plants are seedlings.
Cobalt – kelp has it in it. It’s a cation and so doesn’t leach. Cobalt is
hard to use in foliars as it separates out quickly.
Molybdenum is an anion so it leaches readily. Kelp has it. In a foliar
use 2 oz/acre and use twice over a season. It’s good for rhyzal bacteria
and can be put on the seeds of a cover crop.
Selenium is an anion and so it leaches out. It’s important for animals
and humans. Use 5 – 10 grams/acre. In a foliar it suspends well.
Sulfur - Tomato seeds can be dusted with sulfur. It leaches out.
You can foliar feed everything except boron. That one needs to enter through the roots.

I've been getting the latest series by Jon Frank about foliar apps of
traces. The first one asserted that boron may be foliar fed IF you spray
boric acid. Why not try that and see if there's any observable difference?
Buy a pound of boric acid powder. Frank says he uses it at about 1 lb/ac
elemental B, foliar. I bought some and will be trying that next summer. I'll foliar feed it to any crop that grows for more than 60 days but doesn't get side dressed with more B.

Another assertion that John made was that from a farmer’s standpoint, the most efficient way to improve photosynthesis – with improved photosynthesis being the goal for maximum plant health – is through foliar feeding of mineral nutrition. This travels with the caveat that the major minerals need to be in balance in the soil for this to be maximized. The 5 nutrients that he deems necessary for foliar application blends to be
• Magnesium, which is the center element in the chlorophyll molecule
• Manganese, which is essential for water hydrolysis (splitting apart the H and the O2)
• Phosphorous for energy transfer
• Iron to build the chlorophyll molecule
• Sulfur to promote protein synthesis
NOTES:
I don't have so don't use Equiseteum Extraction which is horsetail plant. I also don't make or use compost tea. And I use ArmorSi for the silica*. I've adjusted the formula for much smaller applications, as I don't use much in the beginning of the season and it does not keep.
