Advertising Smart Contract (Concept)

This is a theoretical idea of a way to allow external companies to use steem users' blogs as media for advertisements.

1. The external party chooses the user to carry advertisments,
2. They then pay a certain amount of money depending upon the users follower count, reputation and amount of blogs to carry the advertisement.
3. This money is escrowed in a smart contract with 2 possible conditions.
4. The first condition is to be released to the steem user upon detecting that the ad has been placed in certain number of blog posts
5. The second condition is the money is returned to the external party after a certain date agreed upon by both parties
   (this is to return the money on unsuccessful completion of the contract)

This smart contract is independent of any blockchain. I think it's extremely necessary for steem users to figure out how to provide advertisers with an avenue into steem as a basis for the coin's economy, otherwise this economy is literally a ponzi scheme.
