To me, courage means not just moving forward, but not moving away from your goal despite adversity. When a successful woman moves forward with courage towards her dreams, failure may come in her life. But that failure does not stop her, but rather gradually makes her more mature and stronger. Failure is not an end, but a lesson. Every mistake, every stumble helps us to recognize our own strengths, weaknesses and potential. I believe that a woman who can accept failure without fear will one day rise above that failure. From my own experience, I have seen that whenever failure comes in any work, it has taught me to think in a new way. Even though it may be difficult at first, with time that difficulty turns into experience and strength.
