Well, ask on Discord, most of the accounts transferring funds seem to be from India.

My best guess is that converting like $25 worth of Hive to Indian Rupee may take a while, and could cost you say half of the original value on transaction costs. I doubt you can simply swap Hive for Rupee, so you'd go Hive=>Binance (Hive=>BTC or USDT, then BTC or USDT to Rupee) => your bank or payment app. Each steps costs something, takes time, and you have to undergo KYC and such procedures.

Sending the money to a middle-man, who takes say 15% and wires you the rest to you local bank account, might be a win win strategy for both sides :)
