In my initiative I share selected new Steemians' Introduceyourself posts with my 4100 followers, upvote them 100% and share their post for greater visibility. I also pledge the SBD payout from these posts to these new Steemians. I encourage others to join in, using the #ians tag in order for me to compile these reports.

Last week I introduced @juln to my followers in my latest 'Introduce A New Steemian' post here. As always I pledged to forward the SBD earned from that post to the featured new Steemian.

As you see from the screen grab, thanks to my awesome followers I earned 5.747 SBD on that post, which paid out a little while ago. I then sent it straight to @juln.

Thanks to the recent pump of SBD, that is worth a nice $20.69. Much appreciation to my followers who support and upvote these posts.
