Ezekiel 33:20
20.Yet ye say, The way of the Lord is not equal. O ye house of Israel, I will judge you every one after his ways.
Romans 2:6
6.Who will render to every man according to his deeds.
Before we start let's look at the meaning of Evaluation.
According to the dictionary evaluation is an assessment, such as an annual personnel performance review used as the basis for a salary increase or bonus, or a summary of a particular situation. Now read the story below:- 馃憞馃憞馃憞馃憞馃憞馃憞馃憞馃憞馃憞
Mr Charles was a man of integrity, so hard working and a man of his words.
He was disciplined and never dabble into corruption more so he was a born again child of God and a core Christian. So a day came when God expanded him and so he decided to expand his company and so he decided to open another branch at another location so he thought of whom to send over there to overseer that Particular branch.
So he had to discuss with one of his close partner Mr Samuel who advice him to give him some time to research, look through and search if he could see anyone worthy of the upliftment.
A project was now given by Mr Charles to be executed by everyone and so they all neglected thinking its the normal project that has no benefits attached.
They all had excuse not to do it, some felt their qualifications wasn't worth the stress, some felt the boss was not worthy to be helped, in shot all of them had all their own wonderful excuses.
But there was a young agile man by name Mr Chris that never relented effort, he always saw the good in everything and so he picked up the project and did it all alone ranging from the account details, down to the computations etc.
Seconds rolled into minutes, minutes into days and days into weeks then one day a meeting was covered and the surprise packaged was revealed and opened everyone was surprise but it was too late. The post was given to Mr Chris because he deserved it. They plan was now revealed to them and they saw their nakedness. The never knew they were being watched closely.
Lesson Learnt:-
Behave well and act well because one day God will come to evaluate us, depending on our work.
That evaluation will determine if we would make it to heaven or not.
It will be like a surprise just like the manager did, he took Everyone by surprise and the man that did well was being elevated.
Beloved of God Watch for we know not when our lord Jesus will come back to take us back home. Be mindful if what you do, for you will be evaluated someday.
