Of a truth not only teachers needs to be educated but parents too.
I once had an issue while teaching of how a parent came to the school to scold me telling me the homework I gave her child was too difficult and advanced for the child, I had to picked up the exercise book scanned through and showed her the exact questions but just that the digit were different from that of the homework and when she saw her mistake,she apologized but she had already Brain washed the child that you as the teacher could not teach.

Another rampant case over here in this part of the world is the case of parents teaching the children something different from what the teacher taught which is not even correct but yet making it look as if the teacher is a big dullard or perhaps doesn't know what to do or how to teach.
Another case is that of a parent coming to beat up the teacher for disciplining their wards.
I could go on and on, because I have several case to proof that parents and Guardians also needs to be educated.
