Virtually everything on earth is said to be taken or done with caution because too much of it is causes harm but there is something that no matter how much you do it, or indulge in it, it can never and will never be enough or better still it can never cause any sort of harm and that is PRAYERS

Before we continue let's look at the dictionary meaning of prayers.
It means a practice of communicating with one's God.
It is also a request or petition.

Prayer is an invocation or act that seeks to activate a rapport with an object of worship through deliberate
communication. In the narrow sense, the term refers to an act of
supplication or intercession directed towards a deity (a god), or a deified ancestor . More generally, prayer can also have the purpose of thanksgiving or praise , and in comparative religion is closely associated with more abstract forms of meditation and with charms.

Note Praying because we’re “supposed to” isn’t always enough to motivate us, but the truth is that prayer is much more than a rule. Prayer is important because it makes us more like Jesus and because it reveals to us the heart and mind of God.

Having seen the dictionary meaning of prayer and some facts about prayer let's see what the bible says about prayer.
The book of 1st Thessalonians 5:16 says:-

16.Pray without ceasing.
Ceasing means to discontinue or to stop.
So here the bible is admonishing us never to stop or discontinue prayer.

No matter what you face you are never advised to stop praying, instead of stopping to pray because of one affliction or the other then do what James 5:13a says, it says:-

13.Is any among you afflicted? let him pray.
God is ever ready to hear and answer you according to his will.

Ephesians 6:18:-

18.Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

From this passage above I have seen that you can talk to God via prayer concerning any thing at all, no matter how bad or it may look or sound, God is ever ready to hear it, just spill it out to him in prayers. He will do it for you.

Philippians 4:6:-

6.Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

That means before you pray to God you must first now that he is your father and just like a young girl will ask her earthly father for money to purchase pant or sanitary pad not minding if he is a male or female, that is exactly how God wants us to be, just like that, just be careful for nothing, just ask him the way you can with supplication and thanksgiving and he seeing your heart will surely grant it for you.
