Hello Steemits, I bring to you a drawing i just made, its a sketch whereby i decided to try something new to me. I used eraser to trace out the hair strands. I've been seeing renowned artist do this perfectly even for hyperrealism drawings. For the sake of learning, i decided to try it out.
It didn't come out as i pleased though but i hope it will with more practice.
Materials used.
- Charcoal pencil
- Charcoal dust
- 7H pencil
- Monozero eraser
Process
- This is the part I loved, giving the hair a blurry dark look.
