Beautiful morning everyone,

Few days ago I made an art post about one of my drawings which I titled “Dried tree”. The drawing plus this one was made for a collection titled “Hope, Thoughts and Dreams”. Both this piece and that one are linked together. In that previous piece(which is shown below) I talked about how I felt like a dried tree that is slowly fading away as each day passes. These feelings are actually true and I decided to make them into drawings. I made the piece to be beside a river which means there is hope to rise and flourish again.

This new piece of mine shows a cracked face with hands carrying a dried tree lifting up a new face. This interprets that in order to rise again one need to crack open all the uncertainty and become new. Sometimes before you are whole, you need to be broken into pieces and mold back together to be a new being. I made this piece to encourage myself and everyone facing depression, sadness and lot of physical and mental health issues that their is still Hope as long as there is life. Good things can still come out of bad things and it’s never to late to pick oneself up and flourish.

I made this drawing using the scribble method on procreate.
