Life of an entrepreneurer is not easy at all especially at the starting stage. And most times you just wanna give up but you need to remind yourself the goal you have ahead. I made a bag late into the night last night that I ended up sleeping around 3am. Told myself I was going to make a post about this drawing that got me excited in the morning. Unfortunately for me nature came knocking. Once I got back home from dropping my siblings at school, my eyes were so heavy that I went straight to bed. Woke up not quite long to realize it's even afternoon already. How time passes by so fast.
About the drawing, it is a portrait of my boss where I'm undergoing training for shoes. It was his birthday yesterday and also 5 years anniversary of his shoe making business. He had once shown interest towards my art and wished to have a drawing of himself before his birthday so I figured it will be nice to make this for him. He was so glad and happy when he saw this yesterday.
The drawing was done on a pelican paper using graphite pencils like HB, 4B and 6B with charcoal pencil and charcoal dust. The drawing took me three days to get it completed though I spent few hours on it daily. It is a 10 by 12 inches portrait which was framed and canvassed upon it's completion as seen above.
