Today I want to share with us my recent drawing of Cicely Tyson. Have you ever have some people that you so wish you can meet them in person? Cicely Tyson was one of them. When she died, even though it was an old age it pained me and I found myself crying. She is such an amazing soul that I wish I could meet in life. Her movies, her speeches, her view about life and God is so admirable. Whenever I see her, I see my grandma in her. She’s so beautiful in and out and she have a way of melting my heart. I know she’s in a better place now as she’s been resting for almost a year now, I just wished I had an opportunity to even see her face to face. She is by far my favorite older celebrity. Rest on Mama.
My drawing was made on pelican paper using blue biro. I decided to make a drawing of her when she was younger. She look so beautiful in that picture.
