Hello steemians, welcome to my Celebrity kitchen on ulog, ulogs and uloggers.
I am writing this post from my phone today because my tablet is faulty.
Also, i am here to share with you photos of the starch (edible starch) i made.
Starch is called "Usin" in my language and it is gotten from cassava starch.
In Warri, Delta state we love to eat starch with banga soup or Owo soup, known as yellow -yellow. A meal that is present in traditional marriages and burial ceremonies and most special occasions.
Though i live in Lagos, i still treat myself and family to our favourite local flavours of native foods.
Procedure
☆I got the starch form the market
☆Got my pot ready
☆Diluted the starch with water to the right consistency
☆Added few drops of palm oil. The oil can be robbed on the pot as well.
☆Put on the fire to start cooking.
☆Keep stairring till it is solid
☆Serve and ready to eat.
I hope you learnt something new today from my celebrity kitchen.
