Over the past few months we have seen both an increase in trade and interest in cryptoactives (seen from Google Trends searches) which may have influenced a bit the increase in the price of alts, but have we asked ourselves what could come in the future?.

This is a very interesting question because we could get creative and try to imagine what a future where crypto will be of main use in all countries would be like.

For example, something that interested me a lot was the news that the famous singer Akon, wants to launch his own crypto to form a city where this is the means of transference of value used by the citizens, currency to which they would call Akoin (narcissism on the outside hahaha), so we could imagine to be able to go on vacation or at any time and not need to make an exchange for dollars or euros, but with only having a wallet and access to internet (could be by mobile internet) we will have the possibility to move through the city with freedom.

This certainly may seem somewhat utopian, but let's just look at the way we have been adopting the crypto around the world, for example in my personal case I have seen how in Venezuela we have been adopting the cryptocurrencies as a store of value, and I have been able to see how in the capital (Caracas) we can get several stores that accept payments in Dash, Litecoin and Dogecoin (with some drawbacks regarding the delay of the transfers depending on the crypto and the fees) and on the other hand, the way we can get a lot of traders on P2P exchange platform like Localbitcoins or Binance, so it's just a matter of needing the fiat money value to be able to make the exchange through the crypts quickly and safely.

While we can still hope for a world where crypto are used over Fiat money, it is still surprising how finances have become easier with the cryptomarket, which is evolving into a more customer friendly place, both because of the number of users giving liquidity to the exchanges and through new services that are being launched to improve the quality of life of people.

Perhaps the future we hope for will come in the form of more options to improve our finances and quality of life internationally compared to a place where we are only using crypto for our day-to-day activities.

Durante estos últimos meses hemos podido ver tanto un aumento en el comercio y el interés de los criptoactivos (visto desde las búsquedas en Google Trends) que han podido influir un poco en el aumento del precio de las alts, pero nos hemos preguntado ¿Qué podría venir en el fututo?.

Esta es una pregunta muy interesante porque nos podríamos poner creativos a intentar imaginarnos como sería un futuro en el que las criptomonedas sean de uso principal en todos los países.

Por ejemplo, algo que me intereso mucho fue la noticia de que el cantante famoso Akon, quiere lanzar su propia cripto para formar una ciudad donde esta sea el medio de transferencia de valor usado por los ciudadanos, moneda a la cual llamaría Akoin (narcisismo por fuera jajaja), por lo que podríamos imaginarnos poder ir de vacaciones o en cualquier momento y no necesitar de hacer un cambio por dólares o euros, sino que con solo tener una wallet y acceso a internet (podría ser por línea móvil) tendremos la posibilidad de movernos a través de la ciudad con libertad.

Esto ciertamente puede parecer algo utópico, pero solo veamos la forma en que hemos estado adoptando las criptos alrededor del mundo, por ejemplo en mi caso personal he visto como en Venezuela hemos estado adoptando las criptomonedas como reserva de valor, y he podido ver como en la capital (Caracas) podemos conseguir varias tiendas que aceptan pagos en Dash, Litecoin y Dogecoin (con algunos inconvenientes en cuanto a la tardanza de las transferencias dependiendo de la cripto y con las comisiones) y por otro lado, la forma en que podemos conseguir una gran cantidad de comerciantes en plataforma de intercambio P2P como Localbitcoins o Binance, por lo que es solo cuestión de necesitar el valor en dinero fiat para poder hacer el cambio a través de las criptos con rapidez y seguridad.

SI bien aún podemos esperar sentados por un mundo en el que se usen las criptos por encima del dinero Fiat, no deja de sorprendernos la forma en que las finanzas se nos han hecho más fáciles con el criptomercado, que cada vez está evolucionando a un lugar más amigable para los clientes, tanto por la cantidad de usuarios dando liquidez a la exchanges como a través de nuevos servicios que se lanzan al mercado para mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas.

Tal vez el futuro que esperamos venga en forma de más opciones para mejorar nuestras finanzas y calidad de vida de forma internacional en comparación con un lugar en el que solo estemos usando las criptos para realizar nuestras actividades del día a día.
