This post is not financial advice.
This change is both small and large at the same time .I know, why not just keep it simple.? Before I get into the change I want to remind folks how things used to be (and still are for the most part). When I put in outside funds into my account in general they came through this account.
I occasionally put in some outside funds, small amounts I mostly earned from playing games. I haven't done that in a while as there had not been a need. The last time I did that was setting up @pixydust account and most of the funds put in went directly to the account.
This worked well at the beginning and like I said is still likely a thing that happens in the future(though much less frequently). However, what I haven't been doing regularly is buying GLITTER from my other accounts to put into LP rewards. Those GLITTER tokens were simply paid for by this account's holdings/earnings for the most part. The buybacks were also paid for by this account's holdings.
Side note: This account earns on it's own and is not reliant on outside funds. I just put in some outside crypto sometimes but am doing that a lot less now as the accounts become fully self-sufficient.
.........
I have decided to change that a little. What I am mostly doing is on my other accounts @pixydust and
@uni-coin is to add this account as a beneficiary on posts. It won't be every post. In addition to this I will also buy GLITTER tokens from those accounts.
This will help keep the buybacks stable over time. I won't be relying just on this account's holdings. Those other accounts are earning a surplus, partially because this account was taking the hit on the tokens for the most part at the beginning allowing those accounts to grow faster. That is no longer necessary and it doesn't make that much sense long term to keep doing things that way.
All accounts are designed to support each other and it's this account's turn to get some support. This will be a small change. Most people may not notice and I will do my best to remember to disclose which posts benefit this account (though you can always check it yourself). If I do this often enough, I may not need to buy the tokens directly as this account will earn enough from those posts.
I figure since post earnings are essentially "bonus" earnings on these accounts, paying for GLIITTER tokens mostly through posting makes a lot of sense.
I will also be sharing some wealth from those accounts post earnings with @tribefairy but this account takes priority on that for now.
