Now the the HSBIDAO tokens are earning dividends, I want to talk about what this account will be doing. The strategy here is a little different than 
I have purchased 115 HSBIDAO so far for this account. I likely won't be converting the voting units on this account for at least a few months if ever. I am going to see how things go before I make that call.
I don't have a lot of voting units on this account. I think I have about 220. I don't post on this account as often as the others as there is no real need most of the time. But anyway....
What I will be doing is buying some HSBIDAO for less than 0.5 swap.hive . I am basically buying them at a fraction higher than HSBI's buywall. I may play the arbitrage game and sell some at a profit, but at least right now I am just going to be stacking them.
Since there is a permanent buywall and I can sell them at any time I will likely start buying more and use them to back GLITTER (along with HP and other assets of course).
Once I start earning regular divs, it will allow me to mint more GLITTER to add to UNICOIN/SWAP.HIVE liquidity pool rewards. I don't expect that to happen for several months. I could alternately sell some HSBIDAO as well to help fund the buybacks if that ever becomes necessary or makes sense to do so.
Things are still up in the air in terms of APY from the tokens , so for now I am in observation mode. I have 500 on the
HSBI hasn't released the info so folks can look and see what divs are accumulating yet, but I believe that is on the list of things to do soon.
The only "complaint" I have about the div system is that you have to earn a full unit to get paid. It would be much better from a compounding perspective to release the divs in fractions. The new token does have that ability but I don't think it's in the plans. Who knows what may happen in the future?
