Well, I'm with you as far as not being defined by our stuff. Heck, I'm not even into being defined how I look or where I was born, either, but that's another discussion completely. :)

I'm not sure if I'd go for the cave. Does it have internet, surround sound and a larger wide screen TV? :)

I've read that all of this overinfatedness is all going to come crashing down real soon, maybe as early as sometime next month. If so, everything finance touches will be in a world of hurt.

If the trend holds true, we might be able to sell our house high and then move somewhere the fall has already begun. Oregon is almost always behind the fall and then the recovery, so timing, as they say, is everything.
