I wish I knew what that was. Mostly I get excited about creating things. Novels, comic book stories, opinion pieces, etc. However, I've not been able to turn that into even a supplemental income, let alone one that can support my wife and I or get us to the point where we're living comfortably.
Sad thing is, I've quite a bit of time trying to get me to a point where my writing could sustain us. If not that, something else that I didn't need to be the one guiding and steering and working and so forth. Something that I could put some time in and then let it out there, have it do it's thing, then move on to something else as the fancy strikes me.
People do it all the time. All the time. And yet, here I am, always a step or two or more away. One step forward, two steps back. Or one step, and two more show up.
I like the idea of the machines. The problem is, when places get shut down, so do the machines. Can't make money like that. There are some remote options that might work, but I haven't looked into the cost to set up machines like that, nor do I know about getting the object won other than setting up locally.
Anyway, my wife does want to quit working at some point, and for me, it's better sooner than later, which either means I need to be earning at least 50% more than I am now to save up for eventual quit, or double now, plus get insurance, so that she go ahead and leave now.
I spent most of my adult life running a pretty lucrative business. There are skills there. Just none I really want to put to use for someone else. :)
