I'm sorry to hear about all that the two of you have gone through in Costa Rica, but the beach was something worth being at. I don't know that the beaches in England can match, but Europe has other beaches I'm sure you will find as nice if not more so.

Thanks for sharing the meal with us. I really do like sweet potatoes. Sounds like cleaning out the pantry and refrigerator went okay. :)
