Of all the taboos out in the world, hatred appears to be the most global one.
Most people who hate hatred believe that hatred is always wrong.
That it is unhealthy, sometimes unlawful, but always leads to violence.

I've come to understand that people generally attempt to suppress their hatred, to bottle it up and hide it away, except for their spoon-fed hate of hatred itself.

That seriously can't be healthy. Keeping feelings pent up puts unwanted stress on the body and the mind, and whatever else you consider to be a part of you.

Keeping any emotion bottled up will inevitably leads to them having a violent out-pour when they finally overflow. They need to be let out in a calm and non-destructive way, without tip-toeing around the feelings that you do not want to face.

It's okay to hate, you know. Even if society says otherwise.
You can hate people without changing how you treat them.
You can hate humanity, society, without making a fuss.
Just allow yourself to hate whatever it is that you hate.
Just do it in a civilized way and don't become a violent jerk.
