The Land Survey phase on Splinterlands has finally begun, we have been waiting for this moment for years, contrasting emotions strike the players and investors when they finally go to see what is inside their lands, going to challenge the wheel of Fortune, a bit like when we open packs of cards: from what I understand, the most unfortunate configuration is that of a common and Occupied Land (you will have to spend additional time and resources to clean it up), an incredible intergalactic fluck , on the other hand, is if you find a legendary land with a castle, called Mythic, already listed on the market for hundreds of thousands of dollars.
A certain "geppone", has put a legendary Land for almost 2 million dollars, you won't be able to find mythical and legendary lands on the market for now without spending thousands and thousands of dollars.
These prices, in my opinion, are too exaggerated, let's see if they deflate a bit.
On the other hand, the prices of Common rarity lands are very competitive, today they are found even for around $70, which is about 50-60 dollars less than what an Unserveyed Land or the claim token cost:
I know, many of you have written to me that you haven't been able to buy even one land because of the price, but keep an eye on the market, increasing the Surveyed Land, it could be an opportunity to buy one.
When you take the survey, before pressing the Confirm button, you have the option to buy Boosts, which will help you in the initial stages of construction and production on your Land: if you are interested, make sure you get some DEC-B, since 10,000 DEC -B cost 8000 DEC, and remember to pay for Boosts with DEC-B, so you'll pay much less.
The Survey process is going very quickly, so check the site often, and make your own assessments !!!

Finalmente è iniziata la fase di Survey delle Land su Splinterlands, è anni che stiamo aspettando questo momento, emozioni contrastanti colpiscono i giocatori ed investitori quando vanno, finalmente, a vedere cosa c'è all'interno dei loro terreni, andando a sfidare la ruota della Fortuna, un po' come avviene quando apriamo i pacchetti di carte: da quello che ho capito, la configurazione più sfigata, è quelle di una Land comune e Occupata ( bisognerà spendere tempo e risorse aggiuntive per ripulirla), la grandissima botta di culo astrospaziale, invece, è se si trova una land leggendaria con castello, definita Mythic, gia quotate sul mercato per centinaia di migliaia di dollari.
Un certo "geppone", ha messo una Land leggendaria per quasi 2 milioni di dollari , non riuscirete a trovare, per adesso sul mercato, terreni mitici e leggendari senza spendere migliaia e migliaia di dollari.
Questi prezzi , secodno me, sono troppo esagerati, vediamo se si sgonfiano un po'.
Molto competitivi, invece, sono i prezzi delle terre di rarità Comune, se ne trovano, oggi, anche intorno ai soli 70 $, che sono circa 50-60 dollari in meno di quello che costava una Land Unserveyed o il token di claim:
lo so, molti di voi mi avete scritto che non avete potuto comprare nemmeno una land per via del prezzo, però tenete un occhio al mercato, aumentando le Surveyed Land, potrebbe essere un'opportunità per comprarne una.
Quando fate il survey, prima di premere il tasto Confirm, avete la possibilità di comprare dei Boost, che vi aiuteranno nelle fasi iniziali di costruzione e produzione sulla vostra Land: se siete interessati, assicuratevi di prendervi delle DEC-B, visto che 10.000 DEC-B costano 8000 DEC, e ricordatevi di pagare i Boost con le DEC-B, così le pagherete molto meno.
