Being able to wash currency is one of the only pros of polymer currency; hopefully we're not one day missing plastic bills as much as we miss paper notes or the penny. We also notice lots of contradictions...like how the excess use of alcohol (especially aerosolized alcohol as it's being sprayed everywhere) is probably killing our immune systems.
What's worse than the contradictions are the downright unresonable, senseless rules, either defacto rules, rules explicitly put into place or weasled in through suggestion, or just because the computer says so. And people eat it up. They're either scared of the virus or scared of what people think, but either way they obey the system more than they love their family and trust ourselves.
Self checkouts used to be feared, now with the crisis they're revered, but are we going to bypass self checkouts altogether and get rid of in-person shopping? Is this what this is about? We sure hope not!
