How are you all? Hope you all are fine. I am also fine. So, today I am here again in this community with my new digital Fanart to participate in the weekly contest of 
So without wasting time lets move towards the procedure
Here I am sharing the final look of the character

To make this fanart, I used ibispaint x software.
Procedure:
First I started by outlining the face of the character. Then, I drew its hair and beard and then, its facial features like eyes, eyebrows and nose. And I tried to keep its expression like an angry man. Then, I drew the outline of its shirt. After that, I drew its cape, its hands and its trousers. Then, I added details to its outfit. Then, I made some accessories in its hand and neck. And I also drew a stick in its one hand because I made it old. In this way, I completed the outline of the character.
After completing the outlines of the character, I started coloring the character. First, I colored in its face and hands. Then, I colored its shirt and cape. After that, I colored its trousers and all the accessories. In this way, I completed the coloring process.
Then, I added some shades in the character.
Lastly, I selected the background of the character.
This is my effort for today.
