Good morning Steemians!
I have the luck to have a relative who is a farmer and a fisherman(licenced) and when we like fish for lunch he offers us his latest caught.
I took off their scales and inwards and they are ready for grill.
This time we ll eat snow fish , Χιόνα in Hellenic language.
We ll escort it with green beans salad.
