Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! En el post de hoy: era el día de la exhibición. Antes de contar mi experiencia, bueno, mi día fue bueno como siempre. En el trabajo, por falta de personal, tenemos muchísimo trabajo; tanto que no me permite ni tomar agua. La verdad me estoy estresando, pero bueno, tengo una meta que no contaré hasta que la cumpla. Pedí permiso para salir temprano, ya que la exhibición era a las 5:00 p. m. y tenía que salir como a las 3:30 p. m. hacia el Metropolitano. Llegué al lugar y luego llegaron los demás; empecé a calentar y a tantear para ir tomando terreno. Luego, como a las 5:30 p. m., empezamos. Yo era el número seis. Todos estuvieron 10 de 10. Bueno, yo no estuve tan bien, pero era mi primera exhibición, así que está bien. En la primera ronda, hice primero Front Lever en la barra olímpica; en ese Front sentí que subí como si nada, como si ya lo dominara. Claro, la postura no la he corregido aún, pero igual me gustó. Luego tomé impulso y saqué un 360; después intenté hacer un Muscle Up olímpico pero no me salió, así que hice un 180, pero me salió raro. Luego hice otro 180 igual de raro y, para finalizar, hice un último 360. En la segunda ronda hice Straddle en paralelas bajas y luego continué con una Press con piernas abiertas (no tengo fotos de eso). Luego fui a la barra e intenté hacer un Front, pero ya no me salió. Después hice un 360 pero me caí; me levanté, seguí, hice otra vez el 360 y lo agarré. Luego hice Back Lever y con eso finalicé. Luego de todo, me fui al gym a entrenar un poco de pecho, tríceps y hombro; solo entrené poco. La verdad tuve una buena experiencia. Greetings friends of the SWC i hope you are feeling well! In today's post, I trained at the Metropolitano gym because I needed to learn how to combine my tricks, since there's a Falcon Street Workout exhibition tomorrow where I'll be participating. The workout was tough again, a lot of work; and well, the cough, let's just say I'm getting better, but I still have it. Anyway, in today's training I did both dynamic and static tricks and worked out two combos to do tomorrow. First, I practiced the 360, which I've now cleaned up a bit; I'm doing the rotation properly now. Then I started working on my combo: first, on the high parallel bars, I do a straddle, then I sit on the bar and do a front lever, then a back lever, then I switch back to a closed front lever, and if I can, I switch back to my normal grip on the front lever. I didn't do the second combo, but I'm planning it: first, a front lever on the Olympic bar, then a momentum for a 360, then a 180, then a back lever, then back up to the bar to finish with another 360. It's not much, but it's my first time putting together a combo and also my first time participating in an exhibition; I'm really excited. The bad thing is that I got a In today's post: it was the day of the exhibition. Before I tell you about my experience, well, my day was good as usual. At work, due to staff shortages, we have a ton of work; so much so that I don't even have time to drink water. I'm getting stressed out, but hey, I have a goal that I won't talk about until I achieve it. Sure, I haven't perfected my form yet, but I still liked it. Then I got a running start and did a 360; after that, I tried an Olympic muscle-up but couldn't get it, so I did a 180, but it felt weird. Then I did another 180, just as weird, and to finish, I did one last 360. In the second round, I did a straddle on low parallel bars and then continued with a wide-legged press (I don't have pictures of that). Then I went to the bar and tried a front squat, but I couldn't get it. After that, I did a 360 but fell; I got up, kept going, did another 360, and got it. Then I did a back lever, and that's how I finished. After all that, I went to the gym to train chest, triceps, and shoulders a little; I only trained briefly. I actually had a good experience. Even though I couldn't do the combos I practiced, oh well.
