Thank you sir; @ablaze for another Tuesday of fun to look out for, filled with music. It's always good to be a part of this idea because I get introduced to so many songs I didn't even know about and I also remember those songs that reignites my memory. There are songs that plays with my emotions haha. It's another week to recommend beautiful songs and this is week 67... Music is beautiful and it is the reason why we have fallen in love with it. I know I have...
The first one for this week is titled 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' by Mariah Carey. You can watch the video below:
This song is the best for Christmas for me. I love the theme and the mood of this song. It's too early to be talking about Christmas? It's not because all you need to ask is my amazing Filipinos and they will tell you it's perfect time for Christmas and I agree with them. This song is dedicated to my Filipino friends because I know they start Christmas celebration from September and it is known that they celebrate the Christmas the longest, more than anyone on earth.
This song is dedicated to them and to the spirit of Christmas. I am looking forward to Christmas and we are almost closer to that time of the year again. It's going to be great. Mariah Carey conveyed the mood of everyone here because we all need one another to truly enjoy the mood of Christmas. This is a wonderful song which they didn't want recorded because most artist record Christmas songs towards the end of their careers and not a lot of artists do this too but Mariah came up with a banger which would forever stay with us.
The second one for this week is titled 'Never Gonna Give You Up' by Rick Astley. You can watch the video below:
This is for lovers because love will make you vulnerable. This song is easy to dance to and I enjoy the beat. I love artists that are creative and Rick is one of them. The story is about the man he was staying with at that time who engages in a 3 hour phone call to the woman he loves. He jokingly told the man 'You are never going to give her up, would you?' and that was how the inspiration for the song was created. Rick did justice to this song as he owned it, felt it and expressed it well.
The third one and the last one for this week is titled 'Mr. Brightside' by The Killers. You can watch the video below:
I like funny songs. Some people might think this beat is weird but I love it. It's danceable and I love the high tempo for this song. This is a true life story of the lead actor when he was 19 years old. He found out his girlfriend was cheating on him when he found her with another guy. It is regarded as one of the saddest songs ever and he managed to bring life to this sad tune.
These are my recommendations this week. See you on the next one.
Cheers.
