In here sucks even though I'm wearing no socks,
out there is toxic, no matter how many tonics I take.
In here chokes even when I've got no tie on my neck,
Out there hits hard, even when the air blows.
I will love to be in a world, peaceful and calm,
Where, even though I don't get all I want,
I'll be satisfied with what I have.
Where I won't have to think of meeting any standard.
I will love to be in a world where I can laugh heartily,
Without being questioned about what's funny,
Where I can cry out so loud,
without being told that big people don't cry.
I want to be like a child,
who little things matter to,
I want to appreciate myself for each baby steps I take
and be enthusiastic about my next moves.
